Join us for an hour of functional exercises that strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. This functional fitness style class is for all levels - beginners to competitors.

This class is designed mainly for our 60+ year old citizens. It focuses on functional movements to increase bone density, strength, and overall health.
